January 4, 2011 Dear Mark, As you know I recently have experienced the need for repairs to be made on my 2007 Ford F150. On all the occasions Grace Auto Repair has provided a quick response on the fix at a fair price. Additionally, Grace Auto Repair has extended excellent customer service. In my opinion, based on my past experiences, the Grace Mechanical Teams’ customer service is far above what I have been extended in the past dealings with other auto repair providers. October 13, 2010 Hi Mark, I am taking some classes at St. John Fisher College and got this inquiry on our class Facebook page about finding an honest repair shop: “Where would be an honest repair shop around Rochester that doest inspection + oil change and won’t overcharge or force you to buy auto parts or mess around with stuff because they see a girl customer?” Elaine Huang My reply post: For honest car repairs, I like Grace Auto Repair on Empire Blvd in Webster. A number of our Boy Scout Troop Families go there. Tell the owner Mark Spencer that you know me and mention Troop 163. I can give you a discount card from a stack he gave us. She is a med student and lives in the city and I was hoping to interest her in making the trip. I posted the reply on her Facebook but my 78 other class colleagues will see it also. February 2, 2009 I wanted to take a minute and thank you so much for being a huge blessing in many ways. My roommate, Sarah Farnand, whom I know you know very well, is very blessed your expertise, service, and person concern regarding her vehicle. I have been to Grace Auto myself, for a car inspection and know full well I will continue to be a loyal customer. Not only because of my own positive experience, but Sarah’s as well. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of my sister in Christ, providing us both peace of mind (as women) that we 1. Have somewhere we can go that is truth worthy 2. Receive great service and expertise and 3. That is a Christian owned business that actually puts works or a title into action.
